Here, in High Beach Hotels Collection, take in great consideration all the feedback received in order to provide our guests with an unforgettable holiday experience.
What can I say about this hotel other than that everything was perfect, great personal welcome, 3 swimming pools, day bar next to a swimming pool with snacks, restaurant with a more than ample choice, beach access in the hotel, bar cocktails, outdoor gym, fitness room, everything you need to enjoy your vacation and relax.
We were super happy with our stay. The staff and facilities are great and the beach is perfect. The rooms and the common areas are fresh and clean and the staff is warm and welcoming. Even the stray cats are treated well!
A little corner of paradise.Every year we go to this hotel which we find very pleasant. Very friendly and helpful staff, very varied and delicious buffet, top cleanliness, very quiet and very well located because from the bar we have our feet in the sand, this year they have increased the cocktail menu, private and free deckchair. A small problem and he does everything possible to resolve it. Very pleasant swimming pool, hurry up to April to return 😉
Exceedingly disappointed. Nine days on site, two days of hot water showers in the morning, otherwise cold water… Despite our daily visits to reception to report the matter. The photo of the joints in our shower is only a small overview of the general state of our room which was deplorable. Very dirty deck chairs in the swimming pools or on the beach (fabric). At the bar, the tables were rarely cleaned. We play cards and they stick to the table. Five star hotel ? Usually we stay in four star hotels which are much better maintained than this one. Absolutely not worth its 5 stars, nor its price! As for our tour operator (Sunweb, no follow-up. We sent an email with photos and videos and until today, that is to say two months later, no news). To the wise...
It’s a lovely hotel with a really nice buffet we went end of October it was a lot quieter which was nice and went to some lovely beaches nearby had some great food at the hotel, the food was all great lots of choice. The whole family had a great time 🙂 we stayed in a deluxe family room we had a great view from our balcony and it was a great hotel. The beach is lovely the water is so clear and you can swim to the island which was fun as well. Great stay.
The positive thing is the location. The rooms are clean but it is very noisy because the doors are difficult to close. There haven't been any rolls for breakfast for two days. The food is very bland, not seasoned well. Unfortunately only English is spoken. The cocktails are delicious and homemade. But I expected more from a 5 star hotel. But the staff is always friendly and quick.
During our stay in October, we were lucky enough to be upgraded. So we stayed in the panoramic view suite for a week. The view is breathtaking. The complex has 3 swimming pools which are very well located overall (one of which seems to be in the shade most of the time because it is between all the buildings). The sea is very beautiful: fine sand and transparent water. As for the food, I recommend the pizzas which are just excellent. There are always good things on offer. I thank Olga for her impeccable service! In addition, the bar service is also top notch (special mention to George and Nikos). The waffles available at the family swimming pool are also excellent. In short, I had an excellent stay and the sun was shining!
High beach hotel is the ideal place for vacation. A beautiful sandy beach at your feet, amazing restaurants and bars ,delicious food, very kind staff ,modern rooms ,a variety of sport facilities. A combination of everything.I highly recommend it!!
A very well maintained hotel.A varied buffet and super friendly staffHaving made a few outings on the Island and heard feedback from other travelers, I am delighted with my hotel and its reception conditions. Thanks to Anna for the service and Vasilis for the cocktailsThank you for this good stay
Super nice place. Clean and nice. All staff welcoming and happy. Lovely pools and right down to the water. City with dining options, We'll be back there again.
We went to the High Beach Resort in Malia for two weeks in April 2023. We had room 306, suite with sea view. The complex consists of various buildings that look neat and well maintained. We found our stay to be extremely pleasant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast, lunch and dinner are very tasty and varied. Most rooms have a numbered area with sunbeds on the beach. If you have a (rental) car, there is a parking lot that can be closed. A small downside may be the quality of the drinks within the all-inclusive concept. . You can also buy drinks but they are quite expensive. All in all, we had a wonderful two weeks of holiday and would definitely do it again.
Beautiful facility, no hotel bunker, great staff and delicious food... nothing more is possible here in Malia... that's how it should be and we enjoyed it very much...
Yay, I'm the 1000 review 🤩The hotel or resort is very nicely decorated. Green, terracotta, white/blue. It's a Greek vacation. The staff is very, very friendly and attentive. In addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner (which, by the way, is very diverse!), there is fresh pizza from the in-house pizza oven, waffles, ice cream and much more available around the clock. The rooms are simply furnished, equipped with minibar and bathroom. Nesspresso machine and fresh water every day.The beach is just a 10m walk away and is also beautiful and clear - a sandy beach. The island is less than a 5 minute swim away - you can also get there by boat. There is a lot to discover around Malia.
I recently had the opportunity to stay at the High Beach Hotel in Crete and my experience was mixed. The hotel complex itself is impressive, with beautiful gardens, pools and a lovely stretch of beach. Service was friendly and helpful, and staff were always eager to accommodate any requests.Unfortunately, the positive impression was marred by the quality of the rooms. The rooms were in a miserable condition (unfortunately no picture). The furnishings appeared dated and some elements were in dire need of renovation. Our room had black spots on the ceiling of the room and a cockroach also visited us! This definitely affected the overall impression of the stay.Another point that was disappointing is the fact that not all drinks were included in the price. Given the room prices and the general standard of the hotel, I would have expected at least one mojito to be included in the all-inclusive program. However, this is only included in the Ultra All Inclusive program.I always felt like I wasn't paid enough - and I definitely didn't!Overall, the High Beach Hotel leaves mixed feelings. If you're willing to overlook the room quality, it might be an option. Otherwise it's a very nice facility, but it doesn't do justice to the price!
Great hotel with really kind and professional staff and excellent food .Amazing dishes during all the meals, if you want to treat yourself and your beloved , this is the place to be .Thank you all for our great stay again.
What kindness!First of all, I would like to thank all the staff but in particular: Agapi for her kindness, Lia for her smiles, Yannis for her extreme kindness and the list goes on...Anna and Anna :)The hotel is impeccably clean, the green spaces very well maintained. The food is varied and the waterfront location allows for total rest. The hotel's location allows access to the center of Malia in 5 minutes. The rooms are completely renovated, very well soundproofed. In short, our stay at High Beach was perfect. Many thanks again!
A nice, small all-inclusive accommodation. Very clean. Was well maintained. Extremely friendly staff. The accommodation is close to everything. The Main Street where you could find all the clubs, cafes and tourist shops. The property's cocktail bar was almost next to the sandy beach. Delicious! For children there is only the swimming pool and the sea. No entertainment. But my son loved it! Recommended for people who like smaller accommodation and not that massive. The food was good but ultimately much the same. I recommend eating out in old Malia. Beautifully touristy.
Very nice hotel, which consists of several areas. With 3 small pools. If you are in Adults Only there would be 4, so you can use the pools of the entire complex. We booked a suite, which is highly recommended, as you also have fixed loungers and can sit in the quieter dining area. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We had a defective shower head, which was repaired within an hour. The hotel is clean and well maintained and modern. Absolutely recommended outside of the season, the party mile doesn't bother you either. Even the loud sea can hardly be heard if you close the windows. Everything well insulated. In high season I can imagine that it gets very crowded and there are loungers lying on the beach. So if you like quiet, book after or before the season 😉
We had a wonderful week and everything was well taken care of. We were with our 3 year old son and he had a great time. Spent every day relaxing by the pool or by the sea. The staff works very hard and does everything they can to please the guests. Always friendly and a smile on their face. It is a nice small-scale resort and seems like a family business. What friendly people. The bartenders George and Vasilis are also real atmosphere creators, hospitable and interested in the guests. Always cheerful and up for a chat. They made delicious cocktails. It was also wonderful that the resort was located on the beach. What a beautiful sandy beach and wonderful beds.
Great hotel, clean rooms, air conditioning worked. The pools were also clean. Tasty and varied food and good drinks. Exceptionally nice service. George and Mirella from the bar and Mr. Rannis and Mrs. Lia deserve special thanks. We will definitely come back again.
It is a beautiful resort right on the sea. It was a half minute walk from the room and we were on the beach. There are enough sunbeds for everyone. You can also walk straight from the resort into the center of Malia where there are nice shops with accessories. Please note that many activities are not located near Malia. Luckily we had a rental car and were able to drive there. We often went to the town of Chania. This is about a 2 to 2.5 hour drive. We had the standard room. Which was fine. The bathroom is dated and needs to be replaced. Here you can see that, for example, the joints of the tiles have seen their best days. The space of the toilet next to the shower is also too tight. But you are only here when you go to sleep and shower. The rest of us were away or at the beach. Every day you can get new bath towels for the beach. When they ran out you were given passes. With these passes you can get new bath towels at reception the next day.The food is good, but less variety than expected. Something special is made every evening. This is often a large piece of meat from the grill. But cheese was also made manually once, which was then baked in puff pastry. In the evening you can chill at the bar with drinks and live music. The bartenders complete the atmosphere and know their trade well!
I still can't imagine how I ended up at such a poor room. Hotel seemed to be a 5-star but my standard room had no standard at all. Deluxe rooms were amazing comparing to mine. But the worst is overbooking. Isn't it illegal? Not only me experienced getting the other room. People complained about this a lot. The hotel said it was because of the last minute offer. Sorry but I paid a lot of money to get what I ordered. If you don't have my room, then don't sell it! I've also noticed that guests from Germany get a better service which is not okay. Anyway I give some more stars to amazing bartender team, tasty food and pretty gardens.
The hotel aspires to both the 3* and 5* categories. The standard room is a disaster. The bathroom is downright disgusting, as if unwashed. Holes in tiles patched with cement. Air conditioning noisy and ineffective. A contrasting hotel because the gardens and pool area are great. The best food I've ever eaten in hotels and a great bartender team. A great gentleman to operate the melex. It would be enough to renovate this standard room and there would be nothing more to complain about.
The Hotel High Beach in Malia/Crete is the first day for my husband and me. We have been here seven times now and we always look forward to the outstanding team around Jannis and the entire staff. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. The perfect beach location, the sandy beach, the good food, the central location for things to do. All in all a clean and not too big hotel. That leaves nothing to be desired. Definitely again next year.
Wonderful hotel with very good service. A large buffet, an ala-carte restaurant overlooking the sea, and a waffle and ice cream bar by the pool were a wonderful pleasure. And a bar by the sea with a singing meter from the restaurant - this is the first time I see this. In general, the staff is the heart of the hotel, everyone is smiling and hospitable. And the sea!!! The most important thing is within walking distance. Wonderful sandy beach. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
Very good hotel, high standard. The room (suite) is very large. The room package includes two sunbeds and an umbrella on the beach. Good meals, in some options you can enjoy one dinner at the restaurant next door. Definitely worth it. Close to the city center, but at the same time complete silence at night. Very nice service. It's worth spending your vacation there.
My friend and I came on vacation, the hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are clean, cleaned every day, fresh towels, the food is delicious, and it’s clear that every hotel employee is trying very hard and treats their work with passion, a very pleasant place. I don’t want to leave.
It is very difficult to write a review about this hotel because in many aspects it is very good or excellent and in others it is poor at best. First things first.Food: delicious in our opinion. Very large selection, very tasty, the menu changes every day, even for breakfast, which is not the norm and should be assessed positively. You really have to be extremely picky or on some strange diet to not find something for yourself. Of course, there are individual dishes that are a bit too salty or may not be to your taste, but for one such dish there are 10 other really delicious ones.Service: overall very positive. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. From the ladies keeping the rooms clean to the service in the restaurant. If you need something, just ask. Everyone was smiling and friendly. The hotel from the outside: very nice and tidy. Everything is cleaned regularly, the grass is mowed, there is a lot of vegetation, everything is nicely kept.Rooms: here, unfortunately, we come to the dark side of our stay. Upon arrival at the hotel we were informed that our rooms were not ready due to some technical issues and we were therefore upgraded to better deluxe rooms. The rooms were indeed fine and there were no major complaints. After two courses, we were moved to our original rooms. We were supposed to exchange rooms at 11:00. We were surprised when we found out that they were not ready and the concierge did not know when they would be ready. We told him to find out. He made a phone call and said that we had one room ready and that we should put our luggage there because "we are together". The second room was ready after about 2 hours. So, de facto, we were without peace during this time. The gentleman explained to us that it was because it was a last minute offer. They had known we were coming for two weeks. Very frivolous and unprofessional. The quality of our rooms was very poor. More like a 3-star hotel. A broken shower cabin (the door didn't close properly), all-day hum of the external air conditioning unit mounted on the outer wall of the room (it's good that we spent a lot of time on the beach) - it's one room. The second room is a real nightmare. Mosquitoes squashed on the walls, ceilings and curtains, lots of ants and a dozen or so other insects crawling around the room, very unpleasant smell of the sewage system in the whole room without being able to locate where it comes from. Without open balcony doors and windows, unbearable. The bathroom looks like a 3-star hotel. It looked completely different in the photos in the TUI operator's catalog. Moreover, there were no ventilation grills in the bathroom outside the window. View from one balcony of the electric pole and transformer switchboards. It's a pity that they didn't mention it in the catalog 🙂 It's really amazing that having such good food, service and general hotel decor, you can spoil someone's trip with the lack of competence of people dealing with the allocation of rooms and accommodation of guests in rooms that should not be allowed to use. For this price, we expected a little more.
Very good location, has it own beach with beautiful view. Friendly staff, who is speaking different languages. Clean rooms with minimalistic interior. Good wifi connection. Delicious food on every taste.Recommend!
Booked this hotel like a 5 star hotel but its definitely not!Great location, nice beach (showers doesn't work) though public, rooms are OK, though some things are really strange like a toilet paper, all inclusive package - something is good like champagne but gin is ....better not to call it Gin!!! Food is OK, but again 4 star level or even 3!
I don't want to repeat previous reviews, but this resort is really top notch. They will provide services with everything everywhere, provide privacy if you want it. The staff are not only services but also friends. The sentence Mr. Yanise's "We are family" says it all. I had the opportunity to communicate with Mr. Yanis, Mrs. Liu, the manager of Mrs. Anna. Everything was going well, there was always an effort to please the guest. Everyone goes above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you very much for a pleasant vacation spent at this resort!
Great hotel with a great location right on the beach and central, but still quiet!Very friendly staff. Especially the two at the Sunside Bar in the evening!
BEST HOTEL EVER WITH THE BEST BARTENDERS IN THE WORLD!We went to Crete for 5 years in a row in 5* hotels and this is definitely the best resort we've seen, and the one we will certainly be back to! The food there is amazing, the private sandy beach is stunning, we had a deluxe room which looked gorgeous and we also had our reserved sun beds at the beach which were very comfy (and fancy), everything exceeded our wildest expectations. But the best thing about this hotel is the people. George and Vasillios should receive a medal for the BEST BARTENDERS IN THW WORLD. Really! These guys are the heart of the hotel! Their good mood, their good roasts for the guests and most importantly, their kind hearts is what made us say ''We will definitely be back next year!'' We ended up spending every single night at the bar chatting and laughing with them and they kept surprising us with AMAZING drinks of really good quality (something we did not expect from an all inclusive hotel). Big thanks to Yannis and Anna for the great chats, the signature drinks at the sunset terrace and the a-la-carte complementary dinner. This was SO much more than what we expected! These people made us leave the hotel in tears but just as we said to them, this is not a ''goodbye'', this is ''till the next year''!P.S.: At first we were very surprised to see a lot of guests returning to this hotel for 3+ years in a row but now we perfectly understood why, and we will do just like them!
We were very excited about the hotel. When we arrived late in the evening they sent us straight to dinner while our luggage was taken to the room. We had booked a classic double room and got a deluxe double room as an "upgrade", we had a pool right in front of the room door. We didn't have to go far to the beach either. The staff was very friendly! In the Seaside Bar the bartenders were very nice and funny in the evening! So we had a wonderful holiday in the hotel
We stayed at the Hotel High Beach White (adults only) for 7 days and booked an ultra all inclusive. 1. The room: We booked a room with a garden view. On the day of arrival we were told that we were getting an "upgrade" - a sea view room. But that was only for one day, so the next day we had to move. For us it was quite cumbersome. The room we got the next day was poorly equipped, the hair dryer was sticky and looked like a dog had nibbled on it (see photos).Otherwise the first room was well equipped and was very modern and nicely furnished. The second room was also okay, it was just a little smaller and a little worse equipped.2. The food.In a 5 star hotel one expects good food and, above all, a large selection of dishes. The food at the Estia restaurant (buffet) was totally disappointing. There was absolutely nothing special, not once did we see seafood. The fish smelled bad, was over cooked, too dry and very badly seasoned. The buffet was generally tiny. On our last day we had chicken skewers and the meat was raw! (See photos) raw chicken is an absolute cheek for a 5 star hotel. On all other days the chicken was dry and tasteless. On the day when there was Asian cuisine, there was sushi. I've never eaten such bad sushi in my life. The sushi rice was not cooked through and fell apart on the plate - probably because the wrong rice was used. All pasta dishes, if you can call them that, were unfortunately badly seasoned, pasta was always overdone, so too soft. Each meal from the buffet had to be seasoned. What I also found very strange - there were no salt or pepper shakers anywhere, i.e. no cruets. Salt and pepper were packed in a paper bag, like on an airplane. Doesn't correspond to a 5 star hotel. The sweet dishes were good. The service team (waiters) were very nice and friendly and always took good care of us.Elia a la card - we had the 5 course menu twice. On our first visit we were pleasantly surprised. The food on the second visit was again a standard meal like in the Estia buffet, so the meat was dry again, the house wine and the beer unfortunately not drinkable. The staff tried hard and friendly.3. The Beach. In a 5 star hotel in the Adults Only Area, you would expect a separate area that can only be visited by hotel guests - we were also very disappointed here, as people from outside the hotel kept walking here and forth and as soon as there were free loungers they gave up there people sometimes laid down with children. Something like that doesn't correspond to an adults-only area. After all, we had a pool in the Adults Only Area and we only shared this area with the hotel guests - it's definitely very good. There were also three open showers in this area, but in this area (only for hotel guests) people from outside the hotel constantly went in and took a shower, even despite the sign "Only for hotel guests!". It was a bit annoying that there were strangers even on the hotel floor. Once even a family with a stroller went inside.4. The drinks from the Seaside Bar on the beach. We drank several cocktails and there was always a plethora of ice cubes in the drinks. The bartender with dark hair was totally unfriendly and always looked very grumpy, so that you didn't even feel like ordering something from him.The Sunset Bar was great, the drinks were very well prepared and both the waitress and the bartender were super nice and friendly.5. Housekeeping. Our room was cleaned every day and we got fresh towels every morning. Unfortunately, the floor was never vacuumed, only mopped and therefore still dirty. On the whole a nice hotel. But it's not worth the money.
We were on vacation for a week and it totally paid off. The facility is very well maintained and modern. So far we have never had such a friendly and courteous staff as in this hotel area! The food was varied and very tasty. Everyone will find something at the buffet.
Calling all Crete Fans!!My wife and I have just spent a very relaxing week at the High Beach White resort in Malia on Crete...Probably one of the most amazing Greek summer holidays we've ever had!The location is perfect and the Hotel itself can easily lay claim to all of its 5 stars! The Suite we stayed in was of a very high standard and the bed was perfect (King size with a firm mattress - ideal for my back!!)The controllable air conditioning kept the rooms comfortable without being too cold!(Who wants that?)Very relaxing choice of swimming pools and all so close to a very fine, sandy Beach (private) with reserved sun beds / sun shades. We really liked the complementary iced water that was served on the beach & chilled melon pieces in the afternoon!OK...now on to the culinary delights at this hotel..Great "buffet" style breakfast & evening dinner (we were breakfast / brunch & evening meal only)...Amazing choice of local Greek and European dishes served in an excellent restaurant - very friendly and attentive hotel team!We chose the "adults only" area of the hotel(No small children)..If you need an extra bit of "peace & quiet" for a week this is a wonderful option to recharge the old batteries properly!!A big "Thankyou" to everyone at the High Beach...we will certainly be visiting again!
Very beautiful hotel with the most beautiful view, the islet of Afentis Christos. Wonderful, helpful staff, always with a smile and a good mood. Clean room and great food for all tastes. An indoor gym and a brand new outdoor gym. Also a padel court. I highly recommend it!! We had a wonderful time!!!
Our week long vacation at the hotel was wonderful. I was pleased to observe the operation of this place:- friendly staff (always helpful and smiling), cleaning ladies, ladies at the reception, everyone!- the team dealing with meals - efficient, obliging and serving delicious meals.- Mrs. Concierge - the right person for this position - concrete, determined, calm and if she is able - it will definitely help.- I saved the best for last: two gentlemen serving the afternoon shift behind the bar by the beach: it was a pleasure to watch their hard work - with a smile, wit and a huge dose of positive energy! Vasily - greetings from Poland! As for the hotel itself: well-maintained, with beautiful greenery, great swimming pools and a beach with sunbeds always available.I recommend to people looking for peace and wonderful holidays.
It was a wonderful holiday in a great hotel. The service staff is so friendly and helpful, the food is delicious and the beautiful sandy beach invites you to swim. Thank you for the wonderful time.
After our wonderful holiday at High Beach end of April, beginning of May 2023, I must admit that I was a bit lazy to write a comment even though it was well deserved. However, I have to write it now because not even that the rooms are amazing, the staff so lovely, welcoming and efficient, the food fresh and delicious..., even today, when I asked for a favour, 2 months after staying there, they were still so understanding and kind. Thank you High Beach for our great holiday, hope to see you soon. Thank you Anna Papakonstantinou for your pristine detective skills 🙂
This is a great hotel close to the sand beach with nice and clear water. The standard of the room are ok (we had a junior suite with Sea View). The hotel is pretty calm even when fully booked. The food is good and I would recomend the Lunch at Elia restaurant at the beach. The sea side rooftop bar is really nice with good drinks and cocktails made by George. Now,I think what makes this hotel very nice and worth coming back to is the people and the staff, they are really helpful and they make an effort for you to enjoy your stay.A special thanks to Yannis ,the staff Manager who really did everything for us to enjoy our Holiday.I would strongly recommend this hotel and would love to come back at some point. Our package was: All Inclusive Ultra with a Junior Suite Deluxe.
We stayed at High Beach Resort for 10 nights in April 2023 and it exceeded our expectations by far. Great and luxurious accommodation, nice and clean beach with dreamlike sunsets, fantastic food und really lovely staff. We want to especially mention our concierge Anna, Sophia from the Spa, Manos from Elia, Iannis from the main restaurant, and of course Vassilis and Georgios from late shift of the beach bar. You all treated us so well and heartwarming, that we felt like having a second home now in Malia. We will be back for shure.Thank you so much for our most wonderful holidays so far!
Can't fault this place...scenery, food, facilities and location are brilliant. I've worked in or visited many hotels, but here the staff are some of the friendliest, kindest, most helpful and welcoming I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Not to mention the funniest barmen! Even the owners are fantastic!
Amazing hotel and location. The sea is just 2 steps from the main area of the hotel. Room was really nice and clean. Food was amazing! Special thanks to the concierge for helping us with our stay and finding the best places to do the things that we wanted!
I had a great stay ! I have been there 2 times and every was amazing good food, clean rooms, very nice stuff and a good massage 💆♀️ I would come back and will come anytime I am in Greece!Thank you to the whole hotel staff !
Great hotel, Very friendly hotel staff had an amazing time there! The hotel is very clean and the food is absolutely to die for. Giorgios and Vasylis those two malaka’s I love them. They made the time there absolutely awesome! ❤️
Nice stay, the service was incredible therefore 5 stars! Everyone were so friendly and helpful, specially at the sea bar & dining area! The food was okay, many different themes every day, from grill night to asian cuisine. They even reserve chairs for you at the beach, which is amazing. 5 stars for the staff at the beach too! Rooms are neat and pretty, we had 2 balconies, with view over sea & the pool. Cleaning service was great too, but 2 last days they missed cleaning our room which was a bit fortunate but we called the receptionist and they fixed it right away.
Amazing facility. Don't let reception being right on the street front fool you. Once inside its immaculate. The concierge will then run you, your family and luggage to your room which is a short buggy ride away. The actual resort is set well away from the main road and is quiet, immaculate and impeccably kept. The grounds are amazing, the food and service second to none. All of the staff are very very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our week here very much and will definitely look at returning.
Nice clean rooms, a little on the small side - but not too bad. Service is a bit of a hit and miss, it really depends on the person (lots of very helpful employees) . Excellent location, amazing views!
Really great hotel resort, by the sea, with 3 outdoor pools. The staff was very friendly, the food was good and the whole resort was very clean. There is a cool beach bar with a beautiful view, as well as a pool bar. The ambiance was really relaxing inside all resort. The only minus from me would represent the coffee for the normal All Inclusive package, this really needs to be improved, but, as a conclusion, I would totally recommend this place.
This hotel is really great, good service, room, diversity of flavors and cuisines, they have own sandy beach!Stayed there in October 2016 and were first housed in a building far from the main one and restaurant (it was old building and I have no idea if it still works, maybe it doesn’t work or will renovate), after one week were moved to the building near restaurant (it was newer, cleaner and more comfortable). We spent 12 unforgettable days here and would be glad to visit this place once again.
