As nutrition evolves us on physical, social, emotional, mental and spiritual level with our relationships with family, friends, community, the environment and the world, we take care of it by making as low or as nonfat food as possible, supplying the best from fresh meat choices, local vegetables, high protein foods, vitamins and minerals. Making healthy food choices and practicing mindful eating, can help provide our body with the nutrients it needs to achieve optimum wellbeing.

All food procedures are made under HACCP “ISO 22000” International Standards of food safety. We use fresh organic seasonal vegetables as well as pure Cretan Cold Pressed Virgin Olive Oil.

High Beach Hotel operates in All Inclusive Basis with two packages, All Inclusive and Premium All Inclusive.

High Beach White

High Beach White Operates in a Half Board basis. Premium All Inclusive is available with an extra fee.

  • Breakfast and Dinner is served at the main “Estia” Restaurant, or at our exclusive beach-front Elia à la carte restaurant, with no additional charge.
  • Dinner at Elia à la carte requires table reservation.
  • Drinks at Elia à la carte restaurant are on extra charge on Half Board and All Inclusive.
  • All Inclusive services (Lunch, Snacks and Drinks) are provided at High Beach Hotel’s restaurant and bars, as per High Beach Hotel AI Description

At Elia à la carte restaurant, International, Greek, Sweet or Vegetarian menus are served for Breakfast. For Dinner, our Elia exclusive Chef prepares fine dining modern Cretan cuisine on a 4 course set menu, using local products such as cold pressed Cretan Virgin Olive Oil, Thyme Fine Honey, goat Yogurt, Local goat and lamb Cheese, Cretan herbs and spices.
Plate choice from menu excludes Lobster, Fillets and Pelagic Fish.

Breakfast

In case of bad weather conditions, meals will be provided exclusively at High Beach Resort Estia main restaurant. Elia à la carte restaurant operates from May to October weather permitting, daily from 10:00 to 22:00.
